Dentist Bende Doğan was born in Ağrı in 1992 as the middle child of a Caucasian family. She completed her primary and secondary education in Ağrı. She graduated from science high school. Bende Doğan was entitled to receive university education in 2011 and successfully graduated from Kocaeli University in 2016.
After graduation, she started working at Kocaeli Private Kartepe Oral and Dental Health Centre. Later, she was appointed to Ağrı Oral and Dental Health Centre with a state appointment, where she saw patients for a year.
